Summer is quickly approaching and along with the warm weather comes gatherings of families and friends. Of course we all want proof of what that silly relative/ friend did that was unforgettable and will bring a chuckle every time we look at it again. And who doesn’t want those pictures that are worth a thousand words. So, now it is time to get the old cameras out, dust them off and make the decision of whether it is time for a new camera for the new season of gatherings. And the digital cameras are so much easier to use, just look and shoot. Of course, with any new adventure picking a digital camera can be a scary thing, especially if it is your first experience in this range of technology. Digital images can be manipulated, displayed, transmitted, stored, printed and/ or archived. Many of the newer digital cameras come with printing docks and/ or SD cards (these are tiny diskettes just for cameras). So the printing is as easy as pie, because you choose the pictures that you want to print and they can be printed at home. Or you can download them onto your computers just as easily. As you can see the digital process is so much easier than the old film and chemical way of processing. But where to start may not seem that easy for a beginner. Of course the next step would be to know which company and which camera is the best.
