Summer is on its way. Of course that means vacations, trips to the beach or lake, pool parties and just getting out and about with family and friends. This brings up the thought of picture taking. Is the old camera still working? Is it time to update? Overall you just want some new information as to what is out there, is it better and is it for you? Do you have an old film taking camera? You know- the ones where you have to buy the film, put it in the camera and take the film out. Then take a trip to the store, fill out those pesky envelopes and wait for your precious memories to be printed. And of course, make yet another trip back to the store. File through the pictures to make sure you are not paying for blackouts and finally get to share with everyone. But then if you want to share with your loved ones that are on the computer you have to scan the pictures before you are able to send them. What a bother!

No film to get dirty fingers from. No trip just to develop. No filling out your life’s information. More privacy. Also meaning that you can share with others at the time, no waiting there either. Digital cameras also have printing docks and/ or cords to link directly to the computer. Of course there are the ones that take the disks that can slide into special slots on the newer computers or at the picture developing stations at the local store. So as you can see, instead of taking sometimes days to get your pictures into your hands and to just about anyone that you want to share them with, technology has brought us a great time saver. But which is the best brand and of the best brand which is the best type.
