Camcorders Changes
As with anything camcorders have changed and still are ever changing since they first appeared for consumers to purchase for home and personal use. Since the fist camcorders were sold they have changed in many ways for the better. When camcorders first became available for regular use by anyone who could afford to buy them about 35 years ago they have transformed many different ways including shapes,sizes,and available features and options for better results.
Now a days camcorders give us the option of not only making home videos but we can easily travel with them and even use some of them give you the option to take snap shots as well. The first camcorders used to use VHS or Betmax tapes. These tapes allowed for quick and easy viewing as all you had to do is remove the tape from the recorder and put it into the VCR for viewing. But since they had to use VHS tapes and the camcorder also contained the lens, entire video recorder, and the camera device they were really bulky. Even thought they were big and bulky they quickly replaced regular still cameras when people attended parties and weddings, and just home video.
Over the years camcorders have been revolutionized. We now can take camcorders almost anywhere with us and not have to bother much. Their size has diminished them to mini sized and almost no weight to lug around. Some camcorders used today can almost run themselves. Camcorders today are almost as smart as computers in many ways like they have some that use a hard drive to store your videos or even pictures if that is an option. Some are digital cameras as well as video cameras.
There are all kinds or options available on camcorders now a days. Some have rechargeable batteries, flip LCD screens, flash memory, playback, and many more. When having the options of a flip screen you can open the screen to see what you are videoing. If you can use a memory stick you can put your pictures on a computer any where one is available and compatible.
Although camcorders have changed in many ways one things that stays mostly the same is pricing.
The newer the style or brand is the higher the price is so if you can live with a lower quality or a older model most anyone can have a camcorder to capture their future memories.
