When you push the button it makes it look like you have a very steady hand by taking out most of the shaking movement.
If you are not very computer literate or electronically inclined you would still be able to use this camera and feel like you are smart. This camcorder is very easy to use and turn on and off. It would be a great choice for you or even if you are buying for a elderly person, because it is so easy to use and very light to hold and small to take along with you.
